Thumbnails disappearing randomly

    Hi,

    I’ve used your plugin for some time and really love it. However, I’ve begun to experience problems with it.

    Thumbnails seem to disappearing and appearing again seemingly randomly, every time I load the site. I can’t find any settings that has got anything to do with this.

    When I hover over one of the videos with no thumbnail, I can see the YouTube play logo and I can also click and play the video. The only issue is the thumbnail – very weird.

    Hi there, thanks for the compliment. It looks like one of your plugins–likely Autoptimize–is overriding how the thumbnails are supposed to load. We can see that it has changed the html that our plugin normally would output.

    What happens if you temporarily disable Autoptimize’s lazy loading of images? If things work correctly, it may be that Autoptimize isn’t functioning quite right inside of your accordions.

    You can test disabling Autopotimize’s lazyload by adding ?ao_nolazy=1 to the URL. If the problem is due to lazyload, you can exclude images from being lazyloaded by providing (part of) the image URL or a class name or anything else in the <img tag really .. 🙂
