    Hi, SLB only controls what is displayed in the lightbox, it does not affect things on the page itself like thumbnail images.

    Thumbnail images are generated when an image is uploaded to the media library, so if you have changed the thumbnail dimensions, you will need to rebuild the thumbnails for existing images.

    A plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails can do this for you.
