Thumbnail Issues

    I’m using the Forever Theme for my blog http://www.myrosecoloredshades.com. When I use the featured image tool, the thumbnail that appears on the “Most popular” posts widget or the “You also like…” widget is the featured image. However, when I don’t use the featured image tool, it typically chooses the first image for that post for the thumbnail images. For my post http://myrosecoloredshades.com/2015/02/02/outfit-highlight-fur-flare-fitted-boots/ it actually chose the last image on that post. How can I correct this? Also, when I use Publicize to post automatically to Facebook whenever a new post is published, a random image (not necessarily from that post) is used as the image displayed in Facebook. Is there a way to correct this?

    Are you using any Auto Featured image plugin ? If yes, then there might be settings to choose default image as first image.

    I’m using the Feature Image option that comes with the Forever Theme template, not a plugin.
