    To assist you further, could you please confirm if you are using any cache plugins? If yes, please clear the site cache and temporarily deactivate the caching plugin. Also, try clearing the server-side cache and then check again to see if the issue is resolved.

    If you still face the same issue, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
