    ORIGINAL COMMENT:

Backing up your site is easy enough.

However, when you attempt to upload the file you created with this plugin, you will be directed to download a separate “import” plugin. (Already skeevy, since this plugin adds buttons for importing, they just aren’t functional until you download the additional plugin.)

They promise that the import plugin is “free,” but that’s only the case if your backup file is less than 512mb. Any larger and they want you to pay a whopping $70 to upload a file from YOUR computer, using YOUR bandwidth, to YOUR website.

At no point was this charge mentioned at any point during the backup process. I was made to believe I had a good reliable backup until after my old website was deleted. Now that backup is being held hostage unless I pay $70 to have it restored. There is no justifiable excuse for this criminal behavior.

No, this is not true. Please try not to be disrespectful to other reviewers.

Your lies and criminal behavior are what is truly disrespectful.

Anyone interested in the truth can easily verify my claims themselves. Just check on a few of those 5 star reviews. Many are left by new accounts, created the same day the review is made, without any new activity since.

Take it from the people who check reviews and their authenticity every day – Moderators. The reviews that you can see are legitimate. If they weren’t then they would have been archived already.

I advise you not to look into this further, as your review will be removed.
