This error!

    I download themes, I uploade them in the theme folder on the FTP, they apear on the theam list, but when I chose a theam and check the website is not working and is showing me this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function language_attributes() in /storage0/home/understandingsuccess.evolink.ro/vladgrigorescu.com/www/wp-content/themes/the-scenery/header.php on line 2

    Pls help, I’m not verry mutch into this stuff.
