Think iv been hacked

    Hi,

    I have loads of links on my site here: http://mcstudio.co.uk/

    Also when i try and go on to wp-admin i get the links, no login boxes and this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/sites/m/mcstudio.co.uk/public_html/helpe.php:289) in /var/sites/m/mcstudio.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207

    Any ideas?
