There's something broken with 1.2.6

I had just updated to 1.2.6, and the following things broke:
1. The sidebar widgets weren’t appearing and were pushed to “Inactive Widgets”
2. Lightbox and shortcodes plugins broke because of some “custom js” or something
Reverted back to 1.2.3, none of these problems existed.
