Hello, when I try to add a new template I get this message:
“There was a problem adding the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.”

Nor can I edit and save the one that is already “Initial”.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Can you please let me know our plugin is activated on MultiSite?

If yes, then please let me know you have activated the plugin from a network site or an individual site on your store?

If you have activated the plugin from network site then please deactivate it and activate the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin from an individual site. It helps to solve the error message issue and one default email template will create on the activation.

If the plugin is activated on the single store then can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can communicate more on this issue.

Below is our plugin’s forum page link:

    Hello,
I am configuring the plugin from here: WooCommerce -> Abandoned Carts.
Within Email Templates I can not edit or create templates.
I really do not know if it’s working.
I do not understand about Multisite, it’s a normal WooCommerce store: https://aov.es/tienda/
Does this work in the free version?
    Thank you

    Hi,

I apologize for the delay in reply.

It would be great if you can share with us HTML code which you are trying to add in the email template and share the screenshot of edit email template page. So I can try to reproduce the issue.

Can you please let me know you have added Emoji in the Email Body section and in the Subject while adding the email template?

    Please let me know.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I have tried to replicate the issue multiple times at our end. But I am unable to replicate the same.

I have checked the issue with PHP 5.6.x and PHP 7.2 and latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. And I am able to edit the email template and create new email template. Please see the screenshot here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tPseqSyL46Bo

Can you please check with the default WordPress theme to identify that the theme is conflicting with our plugin or not?

If the issue still persist then can you kindly create the ticket on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” ticketing system? I will sure try to fix the issue quickly.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
