Facebook link

I am using adventure 2.6
wordpress 3.7.1

I go in appearance, theme customizer, theme menu and try to add the link to the icon.

– How do I have to write the link so on the menu bar I can add the link to the Facebook, twitter icon???? I try different ways, it doesn’t work
