Theme Won't Display Correctly

I’m using the Empire theme from Mojo Themes. It shows up correctly on my Mac, but the client says it’s not showing up on their PC correctly. I’ve had others look it up on their computers, and it seems Firefox and Internet Explorer aren’t displaying it correctly.

Can someone please advise me as to what to do? I’m past the deadline and not a clue how to fix this problem.
