Sometimes I’ll try to view the theme before it’s properly uploaded and get message.
Sometimes it doesn’t download correctly…
If you download it again and upload it and still get that message, its possible the creator forgot to include it.

Also, make sure when you upload the theme that you have it only one folder “deep” – sometimes uncompression programs unzip into multiple levels of folders all with the theme name. You want to upload only one named theme folder, in which resides an images folder and the theme’s php files.
Thanks. The reason your Stylesheet is missing is because everything is missing. When I unzipped my theme it put the folder in a folder so….
wp-content/themes/yaaarr/yaaarr
should really be
wp-content/themes/yaaarr.
Go into FTP wp-content/themes/ and move your themes up one level.
