    Hello,

    having trouble finding a theme that has everything i want in one theme. the 3 themes that are close to what i need are, “skin Beauty”, “contempo” and “Esteem pro”

    the newer themes like, “Divi”, “total” and “X” seem complicated.

    i want a theme that is responsive, multi device-resizing, html5 + css3 coded, that is modern, has animation, includes SEO, tesitmonials, newsletters, social media links, contacts page, location + map + directions, online booking, includes google analyticals, shop, woocommerce, including online gift vouchers, and drag n drop would be nice.

    any assistance for a theme that does all of this would be good, so all the extras auto-update and just pay a once of fee etc.

    You won’t find a theme with all that functionality included in it. You’ll need a theme PLUS several plugins, so plan your website accordingly.

    Some of those requirements may not even need a specific theme or plugin, for example you can insert a location/directions map by copying in code from Google Maps, so don’t dismiss a theme if it doesn’t offer it.

    Might be a good idea to decide what’s essential functionality, separating out functionality that would be nice to have, to help you compare themes and concentrate on what’s important.

    Also, make your needs more precise: for example, “animation” is pretty meaningless; and you should refine your list of required functionality for the shop then choose an e-commerce plugin based on that list.

    If Woo Commerce was the most important need for your site, might be worth knowing (as I’m sure you already spotted) that there are themes built to work well with it.
