There might be some files missing I would guess, can you re-upload the theme maybe?
may be the theme which are you going to enter is incorrect or it has a virus file which you are going to upload there……
I reloaded the theme, (which can be downloaded here http://www.wpexplorer.com/dark-tuts-wordpress-theme.html)
and the same thing happened.
And its not a virus, because i’ve opened the file and its pure CSS and i’ve run a php function that tells you what type of file it is (through file MIME), and its CSS.
Gah!

UPDATE:
I tried this theme too (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/lightword), and its doing the same thing.
So its likely not the templates, but rather my system
And chmod the css files to 777 doesn’t work either…
I am looking at http://blog.crambu.com and default WordPress works great, which makes me think that WordPress functions properly. Must be something with the themes. When you download the theme, please check the theme compatibility as well.
under plesk or other disable ‘safe_mode’
