Embedded Maps Not Functioning

    Hey!

    Question for everyone here.

    I purchased the Pluto theme for a client I am working on a website for and its coming along nicely except for one snag that I just cannot seem to get around.

    The issue is that I cannot get my Embedded Google Maps to function properly, they center themselves to the bottom right of the entire map and you cannot pan anywhere on it as it just pops back to the corner. You can see this happening here.

    I believe it has to do with the themes map that shows in the background of the contact page (here) as well as the use of FancyBox throughout the Theme with AJAX.

    Have either of you considered asking the vendor that sold you that theme for support?

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums. Or if you mean a theme in the WordPress repository can you provide a link to it here?

    That way I can direct you to the correct sub-forum for support of that theme.

    I actually have tried contacting the vendor, but every contact I send receives the response that the functionality requested is not intended for our theme.

    Like @jan said, we can’t really support commercial products in these forums, since we don’t have access to those products.

    Unfortunately, a lot of commercial providers say this. Sometimes it’s their way of saying “yeah, we never meant to cover that” and their way of saying of saying “yeah, we have no idea, so we’re going to SQUIRREL!”

    The only thing I can suggest in such a case is that you try something like Stack Exchange, where you have a better chance of running into someone with some experience/knowledge about this.
