theme option panel translation

    i recently translated this theme to rtl version but there is a problem in theme option panel translation. there is a language file in option-tree folder but it dosent work. i already can translate it by modifying theme-options.php in function folder but i wanted u to help me if there a standard way like translation .pot file.
