theme not displaying properly

I recently had a hacking problem.
My host TSOHOST has confirmed that the website is now clean but I’m not sure what they’ve done, as the theme is not displaying properly.

1. It is no longer responsive on my mobile
2. The slider is not there and neither are the featured posts – even though they are both selected in the customisation panel.
3. The menus are not displaying, although they are selected in the customisation panel.
4. The site logo does not appear and the site title is small and in the wrong colour, although the “show title and logo” selection has been made.
5. The text and images go right to the left edge of the screen, rather than giving the usual margin.

Does any of this sound familiar to you and could you please let me know what I can do to fix it?
