if ‘premium’ theme means that you have bought the theme, then please contact the theme’s seller or developer for support.

i don’t think it’s a problem with the premium theme, the other themes work on this url. The problem is where the folder is located in the path. For some reason wordpress doesn’t recognize all of this theme.

Themes need to go in the themes folder:
wordpress
wp-content
themes
nonprofit_theme
ok, i’m positive i have the files in the right location. any other ideas for troubleshooting? and if it is a problem with the theme, would you know what the typical resolution would be? Thank you so much for your expertise and prompt response

That might be problematic. But for help with commercial themes, you really need to contact the developers – as they are not supported here. I know that organic themes DOES provide support.
