"Theme is broken" message

    I have a fresh WP 3.2.1 install, and just purchased the “Simple Mobile” template from ThemeForest. This is a 3.2 compatible theme.

    When I do the install, I see messages saying the theme has installed successfully, but when I try to activate it it says “theme is broken” and it’s not even shown in my Themes list.

    Please let me know how I can get this theme installed. Thanks.
