Theme install error

Looking for any help I can get. New to WP. Installed first theme. Receive a message that the theme install was Successful but then I also received these Warnings below:

(XXX is my account username). I can’t see the theme in my WP admin page and it says I only have 1 theme installed (i.e. the default theme).

I opened functions.php to try and understand the error but code is not my thing.
