    Hello,

    I have purchased a theme and am encountering issue after issue and am not sure what to do.

    #1: my primary side bar is moving to the bottom of the website
    #2: the menu is above the header image
    #3 the header image won’t fit
    #4: the menu follows you as you scroll down

    If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

    Oh and the spacing on the “front page” is squished together and the images we’ve added to various posts aren’t matching up regarding the alignment;

    Unfortunately, these forums really have no way to support commercial themes – have you asked the developer of the theme about these issues? Support should be part of what you paid for?

    I apologize I was unaware. No, they have been less than helpful and unresponsive to our many emails.

    No worries – sorry to hear that they aren’t more helpful. Perhaps you should ask for a refund if the theme isn’t workable for you?

    Thats okay! Typically business don’t offer refunds as a way of ensuring the buyer won’t use the theme on another project. Thank you though!
