Theme Frameworks

    There are a lots of Theme Frameworks out there and many of them have an advanced theme option page. I have question regarding these framework, because I am going to purchase any one of theme.

    I have a question in my mind which is very important I think.

    These framework should have GPL license like wordpress or not?
