Theme disappeared since update

    Hi, I would appreciate any help.

    I created a really good website using 3 clicks, about 1 year ago and been updating it/improving it regularly with no major issues. I last amended it xmas and on checking it yesterday, no website. I suspect a hack (a message came up on clicking 3 clicks theme ” cheatin’ uh?” and then theme disappeared. I now cannot trace it. There has been x2 updates since, so all is not lost, but no 3 clicks theme and everything out of sync so all my hard work down the pan. Also, no plugins, photos etc. How can I recover theme etc?

    I am a psychotherapist not working in the industry so all techy talk goes over my head!! I would value your feedback.
