Theme design help

I’m looking for a little help, maybe from a stock car racing fan and a WordPress theme expert. I’ve set up a web site, http://www.savenashvillespeedway.com that has the basic look I want. I want to set up a blog (actually, I already have at
http://www.savenashvillespeedway.com/blog using an online theme generator). Obviously I want the look and feel of the blog to match the look of the main site. Actually, if I could get the blog looking like I want it, that would become the main site.

I’m under a time crunch. Normally, I’d take the time to learn how to do this myself, but I’ve got another project I’m working on that prevents me from doing it.

I guess what I’m asking is if there’s anyone out there who could take a look at the site and throw together a quick theme. Unfortunately, I don’t have a budget; that’s where being a race fan comes in. There are some folks who’ve moved next to the race track who want to get rid of the track. It’s a big part of Nashville history and I’d hate to see it gone. If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it.
