theme bug: the date on comments

The atomic blocks theme creates a broken link each time someone you publish a comment made by a reader.
I have three comments on my home page creating three broken links.
https://www.feedbackreigns.net/
If you look at the comments, you will see a link with the date of the comment. This link is incorrectly assembled by the theme, resulting in an incorrect URL being generated.
you can run a link checker on my site to confirm this.
