    Hi,
The theme was working properly on a free hosting site. I finally got around to buying a domain name along with the hosting site. So it’s odd to me that the theme background and images will load on the free hosting site, but will not work on the paid hosting site.

The theme was in a zip format when I uploaded it to the site. I did not make any changes to any files. The paid website is http://inksquiggler.com/ and the free website is http://inksquiggler.zxq.net/ .

After searching for hours on the forum, I’ve tried a couple of things:
    – deactivating all plugins
    – disabling the hotlink protection in the cpanel

    Could anyone help? Pretty please?

  • It looks like the images folder isn’t inside your theme folder – when i try to go to http://inksquiggler.com/wp-content/themes/7282/images it doesn’t work. Try re-uploading it.

    Hi Coke,
Thank you soooooo much for your help! Everything works now. For some reason, when WordPress unzipped & installed the theme, it did not create an image folder. The theme worked properly on the free website because when I had installed the theme,I uploaded it through Filezilla. And to do that, the theme had to be unzipped first and an image folder was created that time.

Lesson learn: do not assume things that are done automatically by the WordPress program will get done properly. Hope this post will be useful to anyone else that may have the same problem.
