the_ajax_script – Script Won’t Load

We are having an issue getting the “the_ajax_script” script to load. When I checked out the demo, you can clearly see it is input into the header, but on my site, it doesn’t get inserted.

Are there settings that affect this? Or are there any possible changes I can make to affect this?

This plugin has worked in the past, but it randomly stopped working.
