The wordpress dissapear

An error occurred perhaps when we was adding new role using specific plugin to make that .
the result of that :1- the woocommerce disappear from the dashboard and the “orders” and “coupons” appear in the main menu like that

2- when i hover on “products” it only show “all products” and “add new” but the “categories” and “tags” of the products disappear
3- when i try to click on the woocommerce setting from the plugins page it show message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
4- when i use now the plugin “User Role Editor” it even don’t show all the capabilities and the capabilities belong to woocommerce gone away
note : it not about wordpress version or updating wordpress
so how to change the woocommerce to give the administrator the capability to access it
