    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Does this also happen when you switch to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFifteen, and when you temporarily deactivate all other plugins?
    My assumption is that your theme is not evaluating Shortcodes properly, e.g. because it’s not using the the_content() template tage function.

    Are you saying that I have to use only default theme? I thought that Tablepress works in all of themes and we are using in our website the Divi.

    Hi,

    no, that’s not what I meant! 🙂 Other themes usually work fine, but sometimes something might interfere. In that case, we need to narrow things down as far as possible. A good first start then is to try with a default theme, and to deactivate other plugins. That way, we can find out if this a plugin, theme, WordPress, or server problem.
