The START button doesn’t react

    Hello! I installed the plugin two days ago and spent a lot of time trying to create a test. After all – I notice that sometimes, even if I refresh the page – the START button of the test doesn’t react and is not clickable. I add the option to wide the quiz and sometimes when I clicked on this before I click start – it works… I set the password – it also help for the first “start” of the quiz but after 10 minutes and refreshing page – the quiz doesn’t work at all. Now I install the latest version and START button is still not clickable. I don’t know what should I do… Please help because I need something like that to my students.

    Dear @lekcjeang,

    Thank you for the topic.

    We have checked your website and noticed that you are currently using the WP-Optimize (gzip) and Autoptimize Cache plugins.

    Also, we have opened your Console and noticed the JavaScript error there.
    Because of that error, our scripts can’t normally work.

    When opened the file we noticed that there is a plugin with the SFSI prefix.

    Most presumably, it is a Social Media Plugin.
    As you have combined and minified all the JavaScript files in one file, the conflict occurred for you.

    So, firstly, please clear all the caches.

    After that, if the problem persists for you, please deactivate the Social Media Plugin.

    Then check, if the problem was connected with that plugin, and, after deactivating it, everything starts to work fine for you, get in touch with their Support Team so that they can help you to solve the problem in this regard.

    Hello. Thank you for your answer. I did everything step by step and finally it’s ok. I deleted social plugins and also turn off optimizer but something is wrong with the cookies. I mean that my online test and start button only react after cleaning the cookies. If I use chrome browser and gather cookies and try to start the test… the button still doesn’t react. If I try to do it in incognito – it works… What I should do now? I set the password because I need it.

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have checked and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
    We checked the case with the Google browser and everything worked fine for us.

    Also, we have checked this case again and noticed that the WP-Optimize Cache Plugin is still active for you.

    So, please clear all the caches and try to check this case with another browser.
