I just checked your site and it seems like though the tracking code is being added, the plugin is throwing a tracking error.
Are you able to backup your site. Then go to Top 10 > Import/Export and from export the settings and the tables.
Then go to Tools and Recreate Database Tables.
Please tell me then if this works or not. If it does not, we’ll need to completely uninstall and reinstall the plugin (deleting all data) then import that tables again.
Interesting. I can uninstall and reinstall the plugin. No need to keep the tables with visits. The website is brand new.
By the way I have added the Tracking php code from the Counter tracker tab and placed it the code in woocommerce short description.php template file.

Let me know how it goes. There is an issue with the tracker running the mysql script on your site. I don’t think it is an Elementor thing but rather when it’s hitting the DB.
You can also try to use another of the Tracker script settings in the Tracker tab.
I see, Reinstalled and clicked – Ajaxurl based tracking.
Also I have the same issue on another elementor website of mine: https://www.maxprometal.com/

Are you in a position to deactivate elementor/switch to another theme and see if this solves the issue?
Are you seeing any error logs by any chance?
I don’t think this will solve it, but will you be able to give this beta a try:
https://github.com/WebberZone/top-10/releases/tag/v3.3.1-beta1
Thank you, sincerely. I am using your great plugin and the theme from years, but lately the developers ( btw Spoke with devs and they said speak with Top 10 devs) passed to elementor builder and caused the following situation. I am curious is it elementor compatibility or an individual case ?

Does it work when you disable Elementor? I can try with the free version but I don’t have a paid version of the plugin.
See my message above about the beta version.
Do you have any security plugins on these sites?
Yes, I have installed the beta version from the zip file. Replaced the files. I can’t disable the elementor because my client is using the website and uploading products…

Are you able to test this on a staging site? I’ll try with the free version of Elementor
Sorry, I don’t have time to test and create staging site. When I have a new website to done. I will try it, but trust me With different builder with the same theme Top 10 plugin is working. I can’t say for wordpress version.

I’ve installed the free Elementor plugin on my test site and I can’t replicate this as the posts are tracked. Is there something I need to do specially to set it up?
@overspeedsa what is your site URL?

Please can you install the previous version of the plugin via https://wordpress.org/plugins/top-10/advanced/
Get v3.2.5 and install that via Plugins > Add New. You’ll need to agree to replace the files.
Check if the tracking works now. And if so, once again go to 3.3.0. This seems to have worked for another user.
Also, my any chance do you have access to your PHP/mySQL error logs to see if there is anything being thrown up there. Unfortunately, because of it being an Ajax tracking, it might not show up in query monitor if you install it.
Hi, Ajay
I am just coming to say that your fix proposition from August 11, 2023 (The last) with previous version installation worked flawlessly. Thank you. The problem is resolved.
