I haven’t been able to find any issues. You are using the latest 1.2 version? Could you try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then?

Tried to deactivate all plugins and still no change 🙁 Only those few layouts were available.
Edit: oh and yeah, I’m using the latest version. Just installed yesterday 🙂

I found the issue. It’s related to PHP using comma as the decimal separator on your installation.
I fixed the problem in the plugin files on your website and will include the fix in the next update of the plugin as well.
