The hover boxes I created are gone

    I hade 7 hover effects on one page. I updated the plugin and they’re gone now.
    The editor shows that they are there but they’re not appearing on the designated page.
    The page shows the shortcode too. (WPBakery)

    Can you help me figure out how to get the hover effects back please?

    From 9.3.0 version I update full modules while image hover data upgrade automatically. Its happened as there have lots of JS error into your sites while others can’t works properly.

    if you unable to solved it, Kindly add Custom CSS

    Hello,

    I have the same problem and it is very worrying for the future of the plugin.

    I added CSS but it doesn’t work, I no longer have access to editing my images.

    In fact, it’s very weird, editing images is under the “shortcode” tab, which doesn’t make sense?

    @mengeco From 9.3.0 version I update fully modules while my image hover data upgrade automatically. Some of data con’t responded properly during update as example html or unicode.

    In this case kindly delete current version and install https://www.image-hover.oxilab.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/image-hover-effects-ultimate-1.zip or contact via https://www.facebook.com/oxilabdev/

    I hope I won’t lose everything with the next updates.
    Your plugin is really better than the others but I favor stability and I hope that you will succeed.
    As you respond quickly and with a solution that works, I continue to deploy this plugin for customers.
