textarea issue with wordpress

My site has some tutorials on it and javascript is one of the area’s. Anyway the question is this, I place my codes inside of textarea’s to make the page not so cluttered with code. But when I do this with wordpress.. it shows the wordpress code. It’s hard to explain but I have an example here.
