There is currently no textarea field included in the plugin, as this plugin is intended for a MailChimp opt-in form, and not a contact form.
If you are looking to add users to a mailing list when a contact form is filled out, we’ve integrated our plugin with Contact Form 7, so that when a user fills out the contact form – they are also added to a list of your choosing.
MailChimp does not provide a text area field, therefore our plugin doesn’t provide one.
