Text Widget Not accepting AR form

    I have created a new form for newsletter subscription in EResponser exactly as per instructions in video (twice). Double checked it. Have inserted it in Widget-Text exactly as per instructions. It is not showing up on my page.

    I have deleted and retried the process twice and still it doesn’t show up on my page.
