Text missing from edit, but only some

    I’m trying to add an event to our events page. There have previously been no events, so the text “No events currently scheduled. Please check back again later.” My problem is that that particular text doesn’t show up on my edit page. All the other text is there and I can add text and images, but that “no events” text is always there on the page preview and I have no way to remove it.

    It appears you are using a plugin for your events? What plugin is it? The text is coming from your plugin, not the page.

    I’m not really sure which plugin it would be. As far as I know there shouldn’t be a plugin for events. Here’s a screenshot of my current plugins.

    perhaps it came bundled with your theme?
    Events are not a default WordPress post type.
