    I have a consultation, for example the image above you know the wordpress.org logo, is it possible to create a post wherein i insert the picture wordpress.org together with its gray background and then place the link on just the text “WORDPRESS.ORG” while it’s on the image? So that when the user clicks on the image they will just click on the words and not on the whole picture.

    Do you guys have any idea on how to do it or I’m just making no sense? Lol.

  • The only way you can do this is to create a text link and then place a coloured background underneath it using CSS.

    Oh, I think I got it.
    You can code css in the html tab in creating new posts right? that’s just where i’ll do the css coding?

    Yes you can but you can also add the relevant CSS to your theme’s stylesheet.
