    Hey TJ,

Sorry to hear about the issue. Would it be possible for you to email us temporary admin access to test? You can shoot that to themes [at] fastlinemedia [dot] com.

    Thanks,
    Justin

    Justin,
Just set up an account for you.

I had to let go of the tesseract theme to move on (sigh!), but the same problem persists with the Accelerate theme.

Since the site is not live, I just activated Beaver plugin so you can troubleshoot. This messes up the site (compare to Beaver de-activated).

    Note: On the front page

You can edit the text in the second block (over the picture of the candle) , but edits to the third block down that starts
    “deleted deleted”
    will not save

Good luck! Let me know when you are done so I can deactivate the Beaver plug in…. or get back to my original goal of the tesseract theme with the Beaver boost!

    Thanks,
    TJ

Thanks, TJ! I tried the login and it doesn’t work though. Can you check that out?

Thanks, TJ. It looks like a mod_security issue blocking the text editor from saving with a 403 Forbidden error because it has an iframe tag in it. This is typically remedied by contacting your host and asking them to adjust the mod_security settings. Let me know if you have any questions about that.

I will see what greengeeks advises and circle back. Interestingly, the iframe saves without issue if I disable Beaver and use the “classic” editor.

Yea, mod_security issues can be tricky. I believe we are affected by them and not the editor because we are submitting data via AJAX. Let me know what you find out.
