Text Colour doesn't change

Hi guys,

I put a form on this page of my website http://www.saleolio.com/negozio

I am trying to change the colour of the texts and boxes borders but it’s not working probably because my theme is set to have text in white. (i’m using bridge)

shall i do that in custom css? how?
