The more details you can provide, the likelier you are to get a solution/suggestion from someone. For example:
– Are you using a plugin for this feature? Yes? What’s the full name of this plugin? Where did you download it from?
– Or, is this a feature of your active theme? Yes? What’s the full name of this theme? Where did you download it from?
Testimonials is not a plugin, but a feature from my active theme (Omada). This was a website I inherited.

Your currently used Omada theme could not be found in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory, as far as I can see.
If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
