Test email quick question

    Hi, I just finished setting up WP Mail SMTP, and the test email seems to work fine. Just wondering, do most people keep using the same mailer long term or sometimes switch providers later? Curious about others’ experience. tnx!

    It depends on your site’s needs, some users can live with a free Brevo account (300 emails a day), others prefer the Outlook or Gmail mailers (even when they pull the trigger quite fast when disconnecting you from their side), and as websites grow and costs can become a concern, some users need to change their mailer.

    Please also note that some mailers are transactional only, and don’t allow marketing emails. So starting with a complete solution could be a good move, even if you don’t need it right now.

    I would recommend you to check our complete guide to mailers. And try to lay down a roadmap, starting on what you need now and how much you can spend, of if you can start free and move up later.
