Same here. Have two tickets open for a paid version and no reply. Even an acknowledgement that the support doesn’t know the answer would have been better.
It’s a good plug-in, but if you have issues that are not in the FAQ you’re pretty much on your own.

PS: We apologize for this, but we don’t do this because we mean or because we just like to have “bad support” threads. But we are just a small group and we really need to spend our time on fixing issues, then on answering the same tickets that we already got, checked and acknowledge over and over again.
