Template vs Custom Twitter Post

    I’ve scoured the FAQ and forum, but can’t seem to find out the way these work together. If I set a template for initial post or update but do not specify a custom post, does the template get automatically tweeted? And likewise, if I specify a custom post is the template ignored?

    The template is always used unless you provide a custom Tweet, in which case that custom text will override your template.
