    It’s a 3 column theme with a blue background. You’re not going to find a theme that will match it exactly, but you could take an existing theme and with some CSS modifications get it really close.

    Can I get this done with WordPress or am I barking up the wrong cms?

    With the right amount of coding skill you can make a WordPress site do anything.

    Thanx for the reply Josh.

    My knowledge of CSS manipulation is very limited. Do you know of any templates that use a similar tab menu/dropdown architecture that I could use as a jumping off point?
