Template Page-Static Page

I am trying to set up a template page which I would like to use as a static page later. I would like the page to look like this one:

1) an image covering the entire screen (I will change the image every month)
2) credits to the image at the bottom
3) the logo of my blog in the top left corner (same as in the example and when you click on it, it will take you to this screen)

My problem is that I do not know how to do the coding for points 1 to 3. Can anybody help me with that?
