Template Issues – Background Imaage

I made some changes to the blue clean template. I was trying to revise the background and now I have an issue with a blue strip going across the white table. Any ideas how to restore back to it’s original appearance? I thought I had restored it back to the way it was. What am I missing here? The background image is “page_bg.jpg”.

Please take a look. I’m at a loss. I’m sure it’s something simple.
