template help wanted

I want to find someone who is pretty equipped with WordPress, to code my template for me. I would like it to match my blog at http://dont-complain.org/jazzy with the matching link colors, hover colors, scroll, same width, same font, etc. To match the rest of my site. If someone can help please let me know at js4u2 [at] hotmail.com or here as well. I will give full credit. the link to my word press blog as current is http://www.dont-complain.org/jazzy/wp/index.php and the width of it and the area it is in on the page, is the way I’d like the finished product. If you can code the template for me, to make it matchable to my curreny blog at my site (dont-complain.org/jazzy) I will give you full credit and maybe a nice graphic gift. 🙂
