Tags Problem,Please Help me

hi,i have a blog wwww.topstori.com

Main problem is if i click any tag,no page found is coming

if you go for tagcloud none of tag is working,and i don’t have any tag page in my theme,but i need this theme.So anybody please help to solve my tag problem.
