Tag time duration limit

Not sure if this is the place, if not, please move it or let me know and I’ll delete it.

I looked everywhere for a way to display tags that only last for a limited time.
What I want to achieve is to display an icon on a post grid (I use oxygen builder).
That icon has a condition to be showed only if the tag is true.
I need that tag (or custom field) to last only for a few days.

Is there a way to achieve this?
